You can still be a member of the Running Club this semester! If you would like to be a member of Running Club and attend our virtual events throughout the semester, we ask that the following are completed:
- Request membership on our IMLeagues page
- Fill out the membership consent form and supplemental health waiver
- On IMLeagues complete the Safety & Risk Management training module*: https://forms.gle/PxTrygrDZeoCmrSt8
*All members must complete the safety module (on IMLeagues) and pass with a score of 80% or higher. You MUST retake the module until you achieve this score to become a member of the club.
Membership is FREE this semester – we will not be taking dues! Woohoo!
Social Event: Jackbox Game Night!
Join us Friday (10/9) at 5pm for another game night! We will be using the gaming platform Jackbox to hold the event! Here is the zoom link for Friday:

*This week should have some of the best tree colors for the season. The long run goes through the arboretum and is highly recommended.
HIIT Workouts of the Week:
The first HIIT workout of the week was designed by @rachelsgoodeats on instagram! Check out the full workout video here (https://www.instagram.com/p/CDeQZ6ng8wb/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link) or see below for a snapshot of the workout! It helps to watch the video to understand some of the exercises)
The second HIIT workout of the week is a short but sweet mix of cardio and core!
- 3 rounds, 3 exercises each round
- 100 jumping jacks
- 100 mountain climbers
- 50 crunches
Cool Core Circuit:
Hi all, hope you are all surviving your midterms. I personally believe the best way to stay productive during a busy time is exercise your body when you are not exercising your mind. I hope this workout will keep you all on your productive toes.
Ladder workouts can be a fun workout because they always seem to fly by. As you’re working on one interval, your mind is distracted because you’re thinking about the next.
